We had the pleasure of inviting Anne to facilitate an Insight Training Course for the Client Procurement Team at Pelican. Ahead of the training, Anne provided excellent communications and listened to the brief we provided on our core objectives. The training which was carried out over a full day, was fun, engaging, thought provoking and very informative. The whole team really enjoyed the training which was then followed with a 121 session for each member of the team The team found this invaluable, having the opportunity of discussing their profile feedback and how they can make small changes which will support them in the roles moving forward.
