Before establishing Blue Sky, Anne had a career spanning over 20 years in learning and development for hospitality business, Aramark. During her time there, she built learning and development functions from the ground up, created award-winning programs for a variety of levels, from graduate and apprentice to executive, and transformed the capabilities of leaders and teams to achieve sales, customer service, and operational excellence.

Anne's extensive experience also includes more than ten years in senior commercial and operational roles with Aramark and Compass, where she led large teams and managed high-value portfolios of flagship clients. With her unique blend of coaching and consulting skills, as well as hands-on commercial and operational leadership experience, Anne is always open to conversations with individuals and organizations that may find her expertise beneficial.
